**Description**
The 1898 & Co. Director is responsible for the successful sale and execution of management and advisory consulting engagements within the 1898 & Co. consulting services unit of Burns & McDonnell. The Director will manage and provide expertise to a team of consultants and analysts in the day-to-day management of project quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontracts, proposals, estimates, and client relations. The Director will ensure client satisfaction through commitment, dedication, integrity, and overall outstanding service.
+ Plan, organize and direct consulting projects, including the overall pursuit, negotiation, execution, cost, schedule, and quality of deliverables.
+ Facilitate workshop sessions with senior-level client teams to understand client requirements, uncover needs and develop action plans.
+ Leverage strategic thinking to anticipate client problems and provide innovative and impactful solutions.
