The Operations Director (Machining) is responsible for leading and overseeing all machining operations to ensure operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. This role drives strategic direction, continuous improvement, and capacity optimization while ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership & Strategy
Lead end-to-end machining operations including CNC machining, secondary processes, and production support functions.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth, cost optimization, and customer delivery targets.
Drive capacity planning, resource allocation, and production planning to meet demand.
