The Director of Pharmacy - 340B Program is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of UCHealth's 340B Drug Pricing Program. This leader ensures full compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, drives program integrity, and develops the infrastructure and analytics needed to maximize the program's impact for our patients and communities. Working at the intersection of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, revenue strategy, and people leadership, this role carries meaningful responsibility across a team of approximately 10 professionals and multiple regional sites. This position does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
