The Plant Director is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the long- and short-range business objectives. Manages total plant operations, personnel development, financial forecast and budget, and regulatory compliance for Gas & Oil power plant(s). Oversees compliance with environmental regulations, including air, water, solid and hazardous wastes.
