A leader which is a major Supplier to Semiconductor industry is seeking for a Quality Engineering Director to handle the Asia region. You will be a high-impact leader, in-charge of shaping quality excellence in the Asia region.
- Create, implement and drive regional quality strategies alignment with global corporate objectives to attain zero-defect, high-reliability standards; apply strategy to ensure achievement of measurable outcomes.
- Predict customer requirements and translate Customer requirement into measurable quality plans and serve as the key quality liaison for strategic Asia customers. Lead escalations for quality excursions and reliability failures, and robust corrective actions via six sigma, 8D, RCA, and cross-functional containment/prevention plans.
