Job Description
Your Role
- Lead and manage the overall Quality Management System (QMS) for the Malaysia site.
- Define, develop, deploy, and maintain QMS frameworks and procedures in alignment with organizational and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 requirements.
- Drive execution of quality strategies and programs, including the Next Level of Zero Defect (NLoZD) initiative.
- Monitor, analyze, and report Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by BE Quality Management.
- Provide leadership and foster a high-performance culture across the Quality organization.
- Act as the primary Quality interface for BE QM QED, BE QM QSMT, and IFAG QM for Quality Business Process implementation and new requirement roll‑out.
