Drive Alto's land acquisition strategy for the high-speed rail initiative connecting Quebec City and Toronto. This key role allows for work either in Ottawa or Toronto.
As the Director of Real Property Acquisitions, you will report to the Senior Director, Land Acquisitions and Development. You'll be instrumental in the acquisition strategy execution, ensuring all property-related work aligns with project risks, schedules, and stakeholder commitments. Your role will include collaborating with cross-functional units to seamlessly manage acquisition activities while representing Alto with integrity across municipalities and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Alto’s Land Acquisition efforts in Ontario
• Implement strategies that align with project timelines
• Manage relationships with external partners and authorities
• Promote effective land acquisition through stakeholder engagement
• Oversee acquisition governance and transaction processes
