Job Description
The Director, Retail Mortgage Originations directs and manages mortgage loan production through Mortgage Originators, WPCU member centers, the WPCU Internet web site, real estate agents and builders . The Director is responsible for member service, quality control, leadership development, and profitability in the department. These duties include responsibility for corporate policies and procedures regarding mortgage originations and compliance with applicable laws.
