Summary:
The Director of Physician Practice Operations leads a team of Practice Managers accountable for cost effectiveness/financial management, access to services, engagement in quality and customer satisfaction efforts supportive of regulatory requirements and value based reimbursements, member satisfaction and teamwork with operational areas. The Director pursues organizational goals as assigned through effective performance management, workforce planning, budgetary oversight, and metric administration.
