Director Spiritual Care & Values Integration

At Houston Methodist, the Director Spiritual Care and Values Integration position is responsible for sustaining and deepening the organization's spiritual environment of caring by providing excellent spiritual care to patients and families, and staff. This position will ensure I CARE value initiatives are integrated into the organization's vision, mission, and culture. The Director Spiritual Care and Values Integration position will also nurture meaningful and consistent collaborative relationships with community clergy, congregations and other local partners. This position also serves as a mentor to clinical pastoral education students and lay ministers, providing leadership and consultation, guiding the department's Clinical Pastoral Education Program.
