Job Description
Job Summary The Director, STC Integration, is accountable for the successful integration of Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) modifications into the De Havilland Canadair 515 aircraft and existing Aerial Firefighter fleet. This role has an end-to-end alignment between STC design, certification, and manufacturing, ensuring a stable, conforming, and repeatable production configuration.
In parallel, this role will define and lead the strategy to develop in‑house electrical harness manufacturing capability, transitioning from external suppliers to internal production over time.

Integration Leadership: Own STC‑to‑production integration strategy and execution.
Configuration & Change Control: Ensure disciplined control of STC changes into production.
