Job Description
- Collaborate with the global vertical team to develop and execute global strategic account plans for assigned Hi-Tech / Cloud customers
- Drive revenue growth, wallet expansion, and cross-selling across regions and products
- Lead complex global RFQ / RFP / tender strategies for hyperscale and technology clients
- Build and maintain executive (C-suite) relationships within client organisations
- Identify supply chain transformation and digital logistics opportunities for clients
- Partner with Vertical, Product, and Regional teams to deliver valued integrated solutions
- Lead executive business reviews (EBRs) and strategic planning sessions
- Monitor account profitability, pipeline, and growth performance
- Act as a senior escalation point for strategic clients
- Provide market intelligence on Hi-Tech / Cloud industry trends
- Support new logo pursuits within the sector where required
