**SUMMARY:**
Leads a team responsible for evaluating and advancing enterprise and business-specific strategic initiatives. Provides data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic direction, business model evolution, and portfolio decisions across Evernorth and The Cigna Group.
Partners cross-functionally to assess complex opportunities, quantify impact, and enable leadership decision-making.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Leads evaluation of complex, cross-business strategic initiatives, including growth strategy, monetization, portfolio optimization, and regulatory impacts
+ Develops executive-ready recommendations, including options, trade-offs, and risks
+ Supports development of long-term strategy for priority businesses and enterprise initiatives
+ Leads business case development, scenario analysis, and market assessments
+ Evaluates enterprise implications of market, regulatory, and competitive dynamics
