Job Description
**Role Overview**
As **Director Strategy & Planning** you will be part of a team that is advising our CEO and Executive Council on key enterprise-level strategic initiatives including: Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Business Plan, Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence, and Board Reporting.
**Work Arrangement**
+ This is a 100% Remote position but you must live in EST or CST time zones
**Responsibilities**
+ Design the enterprise strategic plan framework and process, and drive and facilitate the development of the multi-year enterprise strategic plan; design measurement framework to monitor progress against the enterprise strategy and facilitate the process to pressure test course and speed.
+ Drive our Enterprise Business Plan (EBP) process by collaborating with business leaders to develop the annual EBP for Board approval and lead the continued maturation of the EBP process, including deployment and organizational alignment arou...
