About your Tasks:
- Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and strong product availability across all markets and warehouses.
- Drive inventory performance by minimizing out-of-stock risks, improving stock rotation, and effectively managing forced purchases.
- Embed data-driven forecasting and planning processes, continuously improving accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Manage supplier relationships to secure supply continuity, mitigate risks, and strengthen operational collaboration.
- Lead and develop a team (5 direct, 35 indirect reports), fostering capability building and high performance.
