Job Description
The Director, Talent & Development serves as the end-to-end Talent Consultant working in close partnership with HR and business leaders to drive our talent priorities in support of our long-term strategy. The role is an opportunity to become a key enabler and influencer for the people strategy of two key Operating Units (OUs) - Japan & South Korea (J&K) & ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP). The role combines strategic thought leadership, internal client consulting, a system mind-set and immaculate problem solving into a single mix of design and delivery.
What You'll Do for Us- Develop and implement the OU’s long‑term talent strategy, ensuring alignment with the global talent agenda and guiding principles.
