Role Summary This senior leadership position in the APAC HR team is a senior role with a dual focus, accountable for both strategic talent management and learning design and delivery. The role offers a dynamic 50:50 split, with direct responsibility for the end-to-end learning agenda, strategy, delivery, and budget for Singapore, as well as lead talent management strategies such as succession planning, talent reviews, and capability building across APAC. This role partners closely with senior business and HR stakeholders to ensure all talent and learning solutions are future-focused, business-aligned, and deliver measurable impact.
