This role will play a critical part in shaping the growth journeys of our employees while driving a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and drive a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports our business goals and people priorities.
• Champion digital learning and innovation, including the management of our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Lead capability building initiatives, including leadership development and career path programs.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to align development needs with our strategic roadmap.
• Manage the end-to-end employee development lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
