AD, Tech M&A - GCC Region (JD attached)


  • Department: Business Technology, Europe/US
  • Experience : 7-11 Years
  • Focus areas: IT Due-Diligence (pre-deal), IT Performance Improvement (profitability, cost base, processes), IT advisory and strategy, Post-transaction IT advisory (e.g., Post Merger IT integration, IT carve out, 100-day IT planning in M&A)
  • Educational qualification: B.Tech + MBA (Preferred)
  • Target companies: Big 4 and other consulting firms (Preferred)
  • Key responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic operational insight IT transformation support to private equity owned and corporate businesses (deep functional knowledge)
  • Advising and implementing IT performance improvement programs across a wide range of industry sectors
  • Evaluating both cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities
