Overview
The Technology & Operations (T&O) Risk & Governance (R&G) leads risk management, control capabilities and governance across T&O to manage risks consistently and effectively. The team provides dedicated, client-centric R&G expertise to drive proactive risk identification and remediation, and specialized capabilities to deliver clearer, streamlined risk management support for governance, assessment, mitigation and reporting.
Within this team, the Director, Risk Transformation and Reporting partners with the Head, Risk Transformation and Reporting to lead and drive digitization of Risk & Governance, focusing on automating controls at source and automating control testing. The role supports digitization and automation of Risk and Governance reporting for T&O MT and senior leaders, including developing self-service tooling, managing insights and establishing telemetry and leading indicators of metric health.
