Role Overview
Provide leadership and accountability for all Transportation & Installation (T&I) activities across complex EPC projects. Responsible for strategy development, marine operations governance, offshore execution, subcontractor management, and safe, efficient project delivery from concept through completion.
The role ensures integration across engineering, fabrication, marine operations, and commissioning teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define overall T&I execution philosophy, contracting approach, marine spread strategy, and risk mitigation framework.
- Establish standards for heavy lifting, marine transport, offshore installation, and campaign execution.
- Develop organizational capability within T&I functions.
