The Opportunity
The Business Applications Director is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of centralized P&C Underwriting systems and tools that support underwriting business rules and decisioning. This role oversees the design and implementation of centralized business rules to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL.
