Swimming Canada is inviting nominations for three Board of Directors positions, including one for a retired swimmer. This is an opportunity for those with experience in policy implementation and strategic planning. Your involvement will support diversity and equity within our governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate as a Director for a three-year term
• Attend ten Board meetings annually, through remote and in-person formats
• Join Committees that meet remotely four times per year
• Guide policy development and strategic direction
• Oversee financial and risk management initiatives
