Director/Senior Director, Tech and Transformation
This role leads the technology and digitalisation agenda for Singtel’s Global Business Services (GBS) unit, driving technology enablement, process transformation, and digital innovation across different functions and services. The incumbent will work closely with GBS leadership and customers to deliver excellent user experience and productivity improvement through standardisation and digitalisation and the adoption of cost‑effective technologies that enhance service delivery.
Technology Enablement and Onboarding
- Lead technology enablement initiatives to transform GBS into a highly digital operation that is scalable to serve companies and associates within the Singtel Group
