Role Purpose
The Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities.
You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.
About the Clients
This group SIL home in Elanora Heights is home to 4 clients.
Our clients can have a range of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy and other similar conditions and can have different level of medical needs and behaviours.
These clients are very activity-oriented and love swimming at the local beach pool and CPA's hydrotherapy facilities!
