Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise students in high-traffic areas (canteen, corridors, Multi-Purpose Hall) during recess, lunch, and transitions.
- Monitor and record latecomers and maintain attendance/discipline data.
- Support in-house suspension programmes with structured activities and student guidance.
- Assist in preliminary investigations, fact-finding, and incident report preparation.
- Collect statements and support documentation for disciplinary cases.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using basic data systems (e.g. Excel).
- Work with teachers and school leaders to support student behaviour management and discipline processes.
Requirements & Attributes
- Preferably prior experience in uniformed services (e.g. SPF, SPS or equivalent) or youth-related work (minimum 3 years preferred).
