About Mable
Mable is building an AI playable creation platform: creators can turn prompts into small interactive games, playable ads, quizzes, stories, and remixable web experiences.
We are looking for a hands-on Discord Creator Operations Manager to help us activate creators, run challenges, manage submissions, spotlight great work, and keep the creator community moving every day.
This is not a generic social media role and not just a moderation role. We need someone who understands Discord-native creator communities and can operate campaigns end-to-end.
Role
You will own day-to-day creator operations inside Discord:
- Run creator prompts, challenges, game jams, and weekly campaigns
- Encourage creators to make and submit playable content
- Write clear Discord announcements, reminders, submission instructions, and spotlight posts
