Job Description
RUMI'S KITCHEN DISHWASHER Responsibilities:
- Load, run and unload dish machine OR properly wash dishes in handwash triple sink in accordance to DOH policies
- Keep the dish area clean and report any functional or mechanical problems with dish machine immediately.
- Monitor dish machine and/or triple sink water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware according to health codes.
- Follow sanitation guidelines set forth by LADOH.
- Follow weekly cleaning schedule in order to maintain the standards of the restaurant
- Keep dish area clean and organized.
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
- Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies. If running low, inform manager before it runs out. ...
