Job Description
. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dishwashing area, sinks, floors, and waste disposal areas. . Wash and sanitize dishes, cutleries, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. . Sort, stack, and store cleaned items properly. . Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to Head Chef. . Assist Chefs in the Kitchen Operations. . Monitor the inventory level of ingredients and notify the Head Chef when stock level is low. . Anticipate the following day's supplies and prepare appropriate quantity of ingredients. . Responsible for washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking of foods. . Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements. . To perform other duties as assigned.
