Working Hours: 32 Hours
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Wash, sort, stack, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Set up and operate dishwashing stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
- Ensure floors are kept clean and dry throughout operations.
- Clean and sanitise storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers, in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Assist with receiving and storing food and supply deliveries.
- Support waste disposal duties, including clearing and replacing trash bags as required during and after shifts.
