Dispatch Clerk
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivery and collection of mail, documents, cheques and other items from banks, law firms, clients and other relevant parties.
- Attending to completion matters, including collection and delivery of completion documents and cashier’s orders.
- Carrying out general dispatch duties and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads, buildings and business districts.
- Prior working experience in a law firm will be an advantage.
- Must be able to commute by public transport.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
