About the Role
We are seeking a full time, Dispatch Officer to join the Courier operations team based in Woodville, SA. This role is responsible for optimising fleet productivity across pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring permanent and ad hoc runs are allocated efficiently and fairly, while maintaining a strong customer focus.
You will play a key role in coordinating daily dispatch operations, supporting drivers, and ensuring service expectations are consistently met across the metro and greater Adelaide area.
Working hours will be 9:00am–5:00pm; however, some flexibility will be required to provide coverage for leave and support the AM shift from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate permanent and ad hoc runs using a computerised dispatch system
Ensure vehicles and driver capacity are aligned to daily operational needs
Route deliveries and communicate run orders for key customers
