We provide compassionate, dependable non-emergency medical transportation services that help patients safely transition from hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and medical appointments back to where they belong.

As a Dispatcher, you'll serve as the central connection point between patients, families, healthcare providers, and transportation teams.

You'll communicate with hospital discharge planners, nurses, case managers, facility administrators, patients, family members, and drivers—often during stressful and time-sensitive situations where professionalism, empathy, and clear communication are critical.
