Dispatchers are the first contact Estes' drivers make when their equipment fails and Dispatchers help them get back on the roads to meet the customer needs. + Responsible for assisting road drivers by coordinating breakdown & accidents via telephone communication with Estes Central Dispatch, Safety, Maintenance personnel & outside vendors
+ Monitor DOT roadside inspections and authorize purchase orders
+ Assist co-workers in other office duties
