Salary: £33,280 to £37,440 Per Annum, (Dependent on experience)
Role Purpose
The Dispensing Optician role is key within the dispensing team. You will deliver and fulfil the function ofdispensing to the highest professional standard and maintain positive relationships with patients andcolleagues. You are the essential link between the consulting room and the dispensing process forpatient.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive, polite, and professional manner inall patient interactions.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring clinical records are thorough,up-to-date, and compliant with GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Handle financial transactions securely and accurately in line with company procedures.
