This well-established UK law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy Commercial Disputes & Claims team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This position offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload and provide high-quality legal support to clients across sectors, handling everything from straightforward liability claims to complex, high-value property damage and personal injury cases.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ PQE in handling disputes, particularly in liability defence, and will be adept at delivering clear, comprehensive legal advice tailored to clients’ needs. Core responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload, defending claims in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts, and providing both written and oral advocacy.
