MMP are currently recruiting for a Disrepair Manager to work with a Local Authority in South London on a 3-month rolling contract:
Job Title: Disrepair Manager
Location: South London
Contract Length: 3 Months (rolling)
Rate/Salary: £30.05 per hour (40 hour week)
You'll lead a high-impact programme tackling damp and mould cases in line with Awaab's Law, ensuring residents live in safe, compliant homes. This is a visible role where speed and quality of delivery are critical.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing Stage 1 Damp & Mould treatments and driving Stage 2 remedial works
* Leading a team of 10-12 operatives plus Supervisor and Scheduler
* Keeping works on track - on time, compliant, and to standard
* Running toolbox talks, team briefings, and client meetings
* Using Excel and reporting to track performance and drive improvements
