Production Leadership and Quality Control
Supervise the end-to-end distillation process, ensuring stills and equipment are operated correctly and production data is recorded with accuracy. Collaborate with the HOD to plan and execute weekly/ fortnightly production schedules to optimize resource use. Oversee the measurement and charging of raw materials and the blending of spirits according to strict formulations to ensure batch consistency.
