Distillery manager

Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based at our Van Ryn Distillery in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will report to the Plant Manager: Distilleries . Key Performance Areas Set strategic direction and goals for Van Ryn Distillery within the overall divisional Key Performance Areas Effectively lead sub-ordinates to ensure a competent and motivated workforce Manage assets and financial resources to achieve short-, medium- and long-term goals Compile and effectively manage the budget for the site Ultimately responsible for all Capex projects at the site Effectively interface with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. other Supply Chain operational divisions and Co E’s, internal customers, suppliers, etc.) Responsible for Safety, Health and Risk Control at the Van Ryn Distillery Responsible for adherence to all relevant Environmental Management Policies Drive continuous improvement through innovation, effective problem solving and implementat...
