Distribution Associates / Forklift (Early Shift)



We are hiring Distribution Associates. The best fit is someone that has general warehouse, shipping / receiving experience with Forklift Operation. The company is a global manufacturer and distributor of climate control products for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration markets.

  • Primarily operating stand-up forklifts. Requires at least 1 year of standup forklift and 2 years sit down forklift experience.

  • We believe in safety first so the first 5 - 8 days will be computer-based safety training. This training comes with a test after every module and is designed to teach the company way.

  • After completion of safety training, they will begin work on the floor with receiving and shipping small parts and general housekeeping. This is a warehouse position, not just a forklift position.
