Main Job Function
Key responsibilities:
- Support the growth strategy for the lines of business to grow the revenue and profit
- Management and report on Service Level Agreements (including overseeing management information reports)
- Translate the requirements of lines of business into operational plans for the functions reporting in, to ensure timely service delivery at right cost and quality, aligned to overall sub‑divisional strategy
- Monitor and enforce compliance of all standard operating procedures are in place for all areas and monitor and enforce compliance
- Maximize the efficiency and productivity levels of the operation, ensure compliance with agreed standards, continuously seek to optimize processes and find value add opportunities for the division
