Job Responsibilities
- Channel & Distributor Network Development: Source, negotiate and onboard regional distributors, ESS integrators and installation contractors; establish tiered distribution network and achieve annual channel expansion & sales KPIs. Design distributor rebate policies, governance rules and enablement programs to deliver pre‑sales technical training and after‑sales capability building for channel partners. Identify commercial/residential storage & automotive OEM project opportunities and drive end‑to‑end regional business execution.
- Build Localized End‑to‑End After‑Sales System from Scratch: Construct local after‑sales organization—arrange resident field engineers, audit & qualify third‑party service vendors, deploy authorized regional repair sites. Draft full set of after‑sales SOPs: service request workflow, on‑site maintenance specs, warranty claim rules, spare parts replacement & returns, customer complaint closed‑loop management.
