Job Description
Blackstone seeks a Vice President to join the EMEA Distribution Compliance team and act as primary counsel to Institutional Client Solutions and Private Wealth teams on distributing products and marketing materials across all business units.
Responsibilities
- Review marketing materials, due‑diligence responses, investor communications and other reporting documents from a legal, regulatory and compliance perspective.
- Advise on fund marketing and distribution matters and assess regulatory and business risks.
- Act as the local EMEA subject‑matter expert for Private Wealth, both in Europe and globally.
- Maintain internal policies, procedures and current regulatory guidance related to marketing.
- Develop educational materials and trainings for Private Wealth business professionals on EMEA marketing and fundraising regulations.
