About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of distribution enablement and investment propositions initiatives, with the goal of enabling sales/business growth and driving market impact.Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support to enable AIA Sales Agency team to achieve their business targets through marketing initiatives and campaigns (50% of total time):
Develop and implement marketing plans for recruitment, including conceptualization of campaign concepts and development of creatives and materials.
Produce and cascade always-on content to equip sales teams in promoting the brand, products, and services to generate sales and recruitments leads effectively.
