Overview
Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Manager to join their manufacturing team based in the Western Cape. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing all distribution operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, and managing a team of warehouse and logistics staff.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet customer requirements and improve efficiency Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts Coordinate with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of products Lead and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics staff, providing training and performance feedback Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
