An exciting opportunity exists for a Distribution Manager to join a leading FMCG organisation and play a critical role in driving warehousing, distribution, safety, and service excellence across a high-volume highly automated modern distribution centre.
This is a people focused & commercial leadership position where you will be responsible for leading operational teams, optimising warehouse performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and cost management.
