Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily create and book sales order based on ATS & release pick slip for shipment/billing purpose.
- Facilitate requests for pull in shipment from Inside Sales & Planning team.
- Daily review reservation/stage report and proactively advise FG team to take timely action.
- Participate in PI Count audit and support supervisor with ad‑hoc cases.
- Plan logistic requirements with FG team during weekends, shutdowns, public holidays, and whenever shipping support is needed.
- Provide support to superior/reporting manager for any new tasks given.
Education & Experience
- Education: Degree
- Experience: Preferably 2–3 years in a similar capacity

- Good communication skills
- Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Oracle (Order Management & Shipping Module), Agile.
