Participate in the process of signing the sales agreement with dealers and supervise the implement. Participate in the dealers’ daily sales work and help them reach the sales goal with customers. Visit dealers regularly and know the status of the service and sales in time. Help dealers make related action plan. According to the “agreement of dealer parts and service sales”, supervise dealers to achieve the goal and give advice on rewards and punishments and make the related improvement measures.
