- Manage the hotline and ticket system for distributors, installers, and end-users in Germany.
- Provide comprehensive training to distributors and installers within the designated region.
- Execute onsite troubleshooting and commissioning activities as needed in the region.
- Participate in pre-sale customer visits alongside account managers in the local market.
- Develop, record, and document FAQs and online courses for the German region.
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for the regional department center.
