Job Description

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Distribution Services Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. This role enhances the company's analytical capabilities to drive productivity, improve customer service, and increase profitability. It focuses on optimizing the logistics network, distribution footprint, and service levels through strategic route-to-market planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with Commercial, Customer Growth Teams, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Senior Executive Committee to align on Logistics footprint, Route to Market and volume allocation.
  • Interface with Finance and Regional Teams to align on budget development and analysis on optimization opportunities to deliver Logistics commitments.
  • Interact with Distribution Centres, Strategic Distributors and Regions to ensure alignment between plans and operational outputs.
